Paula Page Wallace, 79, a resident of Grand Prairie, passed away Monday, July 7, 2008.
Service: 10 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church. Interment: Southland Memorial Park in Grand Prairie. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie.
Paula was born May 8, 1929, in Dallas. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. J.Y. Page, founding members of First Christian Church and early pioneers of Grand Prairie. She was a member of First Christian Church of Grand Prairie most of her life. Paula attended Grand Prairie High School, where she was a cheerleader. She later attended Southern Methodist University, where she met her husband, Rhea Wallace.
Rhea Wallace preceded her in death Feb. 1, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Karla Lawson.
Survivors: Children, Rodney Wallace and wife, Silvia, Randy Wallace and wife, Leann, Robert Wallace and wife, Karen, and Rhea Wallace Jr. and wife, Janet; son-in-law, Bruce Lawson; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Louise Harlan and Lynne Owens and her husband, Don.
