OREM - Amy Laura Stott Allred, 96, died May 3, 1980. Born April 15, 1894, Meadow, to Edwin and Elizabeth Paul Stott. Married Thomas Lorenzo Allred, June 16, 1915, Manti LDS Temple. He died Feb. 20, 1955. She was a teacher, worked at Clearfield in the munitions plant. Served on a stake mission with her husband. Taught school in Talmage and Garfield. Active LDS church member. Survivors: four daughters, Mrs. Elwood J. (Beth) Johnson, Orem; Mrs. Hope Poplin, Ukiah, Calif.; Mrs. Frances (Dorothy) Lindblom and Mrs. Wallace (Lucille) Hale, both Salt Lake City; 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mable Clegs, Salt lake City. Funeral services Tuesday 1 p.m. in the Orem 29th Ward Chapel, 135 E. 2000 South. Friends may call Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary; Monday 7-9 p.m. and at the chapel Tuesday prior to services. Burial East Lawn Memorial Park.
