Leon Clifton Hawkins, 75, passed away at his home in San Luis, Colo. on Feb. 7, 2008. He was born to Clifton and Pearl Hawkins on Oct. 13, 1932 at Blanding, Utah. He married Zsaquana DeBerry.
Leon was a member of the United States Army and was a member of the VFW in San Luis. He loved to ride motorcycles, camping, and animals.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Zsaquana Hawkins; two sons and one daughter; and his brother George (Merial) Hawkins of Salt Lake City, Utah.
A memorial service was held at 12 noon, Sat, Feb. 16, 2008 at San Pablo Presbyterian Church in San Pablo, Colo. Arrangements were made with Weylen's Funeral Home in San Pablo.
