Bonnie Croft Raper, Of Athens Died peacefully early Sunday morning, June 8, 2008, at her home
She was born June 5, 1922, in Madisonville, TN. to the late Robert and Annie Peeler Croft and was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Werner and Ruby Moses.
Having grown up in Mt Vernon, TN, she raised her family in Athens and attended Hiwassee College and Tennessee Wesleyan College where she graduated in 1958. She was employed by the McMinn County Board of Education and taught for more than 30 years at Englewood Elementary School.
Survivors include her husband of sixty-three years
