This family came from the Clarendon area of Vermont according to records of several of the children. Samuel Crocker (b 1802) was born in Clarendon, VT, according to his son's death record. Leland Crocker (b1805) tombstone gives that he was born in Schroon Lake, NY. The two with rhyming names, Philander and Amander, have tombstones with Jan., 1808, Schroon Lake, Essex County, New York, USA and Jan. 10, 1808, Essex County, New York, USA, respectively. At some point later they came to Sardinia.

All the children are identified at Alden.org. July 2, 2011 - I have found all except Sally Crocker (b 1804) who married Hiram Parker about 1825 and he was born about 1800.
