Sarah's parents were Francis(Frank)Neikirk and Emily Jane Prather-Neikirk. She married Mack Belcher in 1880. To this union two children were born, James Franklin and Rosa(Rose)Belle. Mack died shortly after the birth of the second child and she remarried Edward VanMeter. She had a baby with Edward Vanmeter, but the baby died shortly after birth. Baby Vanmeter is buried in Lot 24, Block 16, er the cemetery records.
