She was the daughter of James F. and Louisa Baldridge Baugh. She married Matthew Cahall on June 16, 1864 in St. Charles County, MO. They were the parents of 4 children, John Q., Louisa L. (married to Nicklass Gooch and 2nd to George Dowell. All buried in Carterville Cemetery), Joseph Elm and James M. Cahall.

Her husband, Matthew Cahall died on Feb. 21, 1873 and is buried in the Brush Creek Cemetery in Montgomery County, MO. His tombstone can be found on this website.
