Mr. Bondy was the son of Jonathan and Cynthia "Ann" (LeMasters) Bondy, who lived near Moundsville, West Virginia. He married Lillian Beveridge, 3 July 1909, in Moundsville, and they had two children. In 1918 the family lived on Thompson Ave. in Moundsville, and George worked for the Clifford Coal Co. in Dilles Bottom, Belmont Co., Ohio. In 1930, he was working in a smelter, probably United Zinc Smelter, from which he retired.
