Linda Ann Stalnaker, 71, of Williamstown died at 5:10 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2005, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born Sept. 15, 1933, in Williamstown, a daughter of the late Herbert E. and Gale Oleta Sisk Fenton. She graduated from Williamstown High School and was a housewife. She attended Williamstown United Methodist Church.

Linda is survived by her husband, Beryl Stalnaker of Williamstown; two sons, Steve Stalnaker and his wife, Lisa, of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Tim Stalnaker and his wife, Cheryl, of Parkersburg; a brother-in-law, Glenn Kimble of Williamstown; and two sisters-in-law, Jean Adams Fenton and Janet Ellis Fenton, both of Williamstown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Christine Stalnaker; two brothers, Dale Edgar Fenton on Feb. 9, 2001, and Herbert E. Fenton Jr. on May 16, 2005; and one sister, Dorothy Jeanne Kimble on Jan. 1, 2004.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hadley Funeral Home, Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta, with the Revs. Leo Farley and Steve Gedon officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown. Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
