He leaves his wife, Burma Nance; a son, William P. Nance; friend, Nancy Baez, all of Brooklyn, NY; a stepson, Ricky Baez (Vanessa); stepdaughter, Nickea Canty; sister, Mary Peterson (Issac); a brother, James Nance (Cora), both of Memphis; three nieces, CaSandra Peterson, Kindle Nance and Consuela Nance; a great-niece, Jessica Peterson; two God-daughters, Shemeka and Nathalla; five step-grandchildren, Kenneth, Kevin, Kiera, Kimberly and Aalycia, extended relatives and friends.
