Mrs. Russell died Sunday, April 17, 2011, at her home.
She was born March 6, 1943, in Franklin, Neb., the daughter of Ray and Verein Griffin Beach.
Mrs. Russell was a homemaker. She was a member of the Lawrence African Violet Club, with which she and her husband attended many state and national conventions.
She married Raymond Lee Russell on June 11, 1961, in Franklin. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Rocky Lee Russell, Lawrence; a daughter-in-law, Jeannie Russell, Lawrence; three brothers, John McWilliams, Franklin, Tom McWilliams, Kearney, Neb., and Arden Beach, Oxford, Neb.; two sisters, Judy McWilliams and Silver Beach, both of Oxford; five grandchildren, Jason, Bradley, Joshua, Hailey and Heather; and a great-grandchild, Jesse.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Randy Lee Russell, on July 8, 2001.
