Born to Charles and Joanna (nee Henchman). Also spelled Hoare. Married first husband, John Matthews. Had one child - Charles. Married second husband Reverend Henry Flynt on March 17, 1640. Had ten children together.Rev. Henry Flint married by 1642, Margery (Hoar) Matthews, daughter of Charles & JOANNA HOAR {1641, Braintree} & widow of John Matthews (on 24 May 1682, John Hoare referred to "my brother Mr. Henry Flint of Brantrey." She died at Braintree, 10 Mar 1686/7.
They had ten children: Dorothy Shepard, Hannah Dassett, Josiah, Margaret, Joanna Newman, David, Seth, Ruth, & Cotton & John (twins).
