Funeral services for Bobbie Sue Durr ,78, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday ,March 31 ,in Murray -Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Tommy Hall officiating .
Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park with Michael Durr ,David Nichols ,Matthew Durr ,Richard Lewis ,Trenton Pawley,and Jonathan Wood serving as pallbearers .
There will be no formal visitation :however ,Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home will remain open until 8 p.m. Wednesday ,March 30 .
Mrs. Durr died Monday ,March 28,at her residence .
She was born in Reilly Springs on Sept.18,1926 , the daughter of Muriel and Reba Stunkard Medley . She married Raymond Durr in Rockwall in 1946 .He preceded her in death in 1956 .
Mrs. Durr was a retired secretary and hotel clerk.She was of the Baptist faith .
Survivors include one daughter ,Becky Pawley of Arlington ;one son ,Mike Durr of Kingwood ; one sister Ann Minyard of Sulphur Springs ;Grandchildren Trent Pawley,Tiffany Pawley ,Rachel Durr ,April Durr and Matt Durr;and two great-grandchildren ,Zachary Pawley and McKenzie Pawley.
Mrs Durr was also preceded in death by one sister ,Frances Gusmus and one brother ,J.D.Ponder .
