"Earl Moore --- Stony Ford, Colusa Co. --- Funeral services for Earl Moore, 79, for many years fire chief here, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in the Stony Ford Community Church.
"Moore died Friday in Willows. He had farmed for 60 years in the Stony Ford area and for 60 years had been a member of the volunteer fire department. He was a member of Willows Odd Fellow Lodge, the Stony Ford Grange and the Stony Ford Community Church.
"Moore is survived by his wife, Lucille; sons Clayton of Stony Ford and Kenneth of Carmichael; brother, Sharkey Moore of Stony Ford; and sister, Beulah Vanlandingham of Stony Ford.
"Interment will be in the Stony Ford Cemetery."
