Midland - Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Oleta Neeper, 61, who died at her home Tuesday after a short illness, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Cate-Spencer Funeral Home Chapel in Sweetwater. Local arrangements were by Thomas Funeral Home.

Born March 6, 1912 in Pauls Valley, Okla., Mrs. Neeper lived in Sweetwater most of her life until moving to Midland in 1968.

Survivors include two sons, Douglas Neeper of Midland and Robert L. Neeper of Rosenberg; three daughters, Mrs. Mozelle Montano of Denver City, Mrs. Thelma Mauldin of Rosenberg, and Mrs. Polly Dollar of San Antonio; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Lee Dyess of Hayward, Calif., Mrs. Barbara Pierce of Fillmore, Calif., and Mrs. Tommy Banta of Fillmore, Calif.; two brothers, Ardell Allen of Amarillo and Bill Allen of Yerington, Nev.; and nine grandchildren.

Mr. Neeper preceded his wife in death just last month.
