Ray Stroud, 75, of Portales and formerly of Muleshoe, died Sunday, June 29, 2008, at Plains Regional Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 11, 1932, in Olton, Texas.
He was a retired Texas Highway Department employee.
Survivors include three sons, Calvin, Frank and Silas Stroud; four daughters, Gladys Hendrich, Glenda Hyatt, Joyce Crooks and Carolyn Van Wettering; a sister, Juanice Bridgeman.
Services: 2 p.m. (CDT) Tuesday at Muleshoe Memorial Park Cemetery.
