William B. Giddings being duly sworn by meClerk of the County Courtaforesaid desposes and says that to the best of his knowledge and belief the names of the heirs of George Giddings deceased are W. B. Giddings, James M. Giddings, Tandy B. Giddings, Napoleon B. Giddings, Paul Shirley, son of F. T. Shirley deceased, formerly F. T. Giddings also Frances S. Ferguson, formerly F. S. Hays, Jane West, formerly Jane Hays, Mary Hays, Cath___(Catherine?)Hays, Eliza Hays and George Hays, children of Mary L. Hays, deceased, formerly Mary L. Giddings, and Mary Walker, formerly Mary Giddings, daughter of Lloyd B. Giddings, deceased.That the said George Giddings died without a will, that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all of the estate of said deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assetts will extend and the law direct, account for pay and deliver all assetts which shall come to possession or knowledge.
