Per husband Francis Marion White's obituary (see memorial #105497390), Lovisa died earlier than date on headstone-- on March 8, 1894. He remarried the widow Almira Elliott in 1899; they are found in the same household in the 1900 US Census in Homer, Illinois. Perhaps they had a special headstone placed about 10 years after his wife/kids' mother had passed.
