Olathe - Funeral services for Noah Thomas Dickerson, 71, will be held in the Baptist Church here at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. William McGuire in charge. Burial will be in Olathe Cemetery. Montrose Funeral Home is in charge.
Mr. Dickerson died Thursday in Delta Memorial Hospital. He was born March 14, 1893, at Reynolds, Mo., where he spent his childhood.
He came to Olathe in 1922. He was a farmer and a member of the Odd Fellows and the Olathe Baptist Church of which he was a deacon, a trustee, and a minister.
He married Cassie Hughes on Sept. 2, 1917, at Greenville, Mo.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a son., Durwood of Olathe; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Carrico of Olathe and Mrs. Ruby Daniel of Oklahoma City; four brothers, Oscar and Carvel of Piedmont, Mo., James of Collinsville, Ill. and Raymond of St. Louis; three sisters, Mrs. Lee Rose, Mrs. Leo Howard and Mrs. Everett Smith, all of Piedmont; nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
