Cora Smith was born to Harvey William Smith and Anna Electra Gillette of Iowa. They moved to WA when she was around 12 yo She married Wesley Noble (Iowa) at 16 and had one daughter Lucille Noble who is also at EW. Together they operated Nobles Fine Foods at the corner of Riverside Drive (old Hwy 99) and College Way in Mt Vernon, Serving guests The Salter Sisters (Bullet), Hon Sen Henry Jackson,
Stan Boreson and Im sure many other Seattlites. They sold the resturant and worked for Mrs. Wm Boeing at Aldera Farms in Falls City in the 1960s. Then moving to inner bay of Magnolia where they lived out their life. Cora was 98 when she passed and Im sure disappointed not to have been on Good Morning America as a 100 yo. She is sorely missed by all who knew her. I will return soon to complete this addition. ma
