Lynette Marie Anderson died of injuries sustained in a road construction accident near Brinnon. She was 49.
Mrs. Anderson was born to Gordon Earl and Willena (Shannon) Richards.
She attended school in Forks, and married Jeff Anderson, also in Forks, on Nov. 17, 1979. They divorced in 1990.
Mrs. Anderson lived in Forks and Hawaii while working in banking, optical offices and traffic control flagging, which she was doing at a road paving site on U.S. Highway 101 south of Brinnon when the accident occurred.
She enjoyed music, gardening, crafts, homemaking and spending time outdoors.
Survivors include partner Michael R. Dunn of Forks; son Tyler Scott Anderson of California; her parents of Forks; brothers Brian Richards and Chuck Richards, both of Forks, and Lane Richards, Darren Richards, and Neal Richards, all of Port Angeles; sister and brother-in-law Angela and Darren Voyles of Forks; and a grandson.
She was preceded in death by a brother Michael Richards in 1991.
Services: Saturday, June 28, 1 p.m., graveside service at Forks Cemetery on Calawah Way, followed by a memorial service and reception at the Forks Assembly of God Church, 81 Huckleberry Lane, Forks.
