Funeral services for William Henry Abram, 58, 296 6th street, will be held at the McAllister-Julian funeral home, burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
Mr. Abram died at his home after a two-day illness. He was born Nov. 7, 1880, in England, and came with his parents to Rockford when he was three years old and had been a local resident since. Mr. Abram's marriage to Miss Mabel Cram took place Oct. 30, 1906.
Surviving are his widow, one son, Howard Abram, and a granddaughter, Janice Abram, all of Rockford; three sisters, Mrs. Willis Gilmore, of Rockford and Mrs. Henry Meixner and Mrs. Martin Boerner, both of Chicago, and two brothers, Samuel of Chicago and John Abram of Iowa Falls, Ia.
Mr. Abram was an employee of the Barber-Colman company and was a member of E.P. W. Ellis lodge, No. 633, A.F and A.M.
