Luther Duncan, 67, Springboro, died at his home last night after a three-year illness. A World War I veteran, he was a member of Russell McElfresh Post 149, American Legion, and the Franklin Eagles lodge. He was a maintenance man at Fridigaire 28 years and had resided in Springboro 16 years. Prior to that he resided in Dayton.
Surviving are his wife, Luella; a son, Paul, Springboro; a daughter, Mrs. Martha Stoner, Los Angeles, Calif.; three brothers, Mack, Nelsonville, KY; Mike, Springboro, and William, Louisville, KY.; two sisters, Mrs. Sally Perkins, Bardstown, Ky., and Mrs. Laura Geoghegan, Louisville; three grandchildren. The body is at the Unglesby funeral home here.
