Winfield, Ala., Jan, 16-A boiler at the sawmill of Jim Blacks, located four miles southeast of Beaverton, exploded and did much damage. Tom Stanford and Bill Sizemore were killed instantly. Jake Sorrell had both legs broken and is not expected to recover. Jim Black, the owner of the mill, was seriously wounded, but is expected to recover.
