Murphy D. Sparkman, 71, of 124 West Highlander Road, Harvest, died Tuesday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 4 p.m. at Laughlin-Service Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Ray Worley officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Fann and Miss Janice Sparkman, both of Harvest; a son, Joe Sparkman of Harvest; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Ingram of Harvest; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be today after 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
