Services for Tisha Denise Belt, 37, will be 2 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2008, at Crystalrock Cathedral, with the Rev. David Smart officiating. Interment will follow in Provence Cemetery.
Born Feb. 22, 1971, in Ardmore to Herbert Wayne and Linda Cothran Belt, she died June 23, 2008. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gregory Belt; grandparents, John and Ruth Cothran and Herbert J. and Mary Belt; and great-grandparents, Roy and Ruby McBee.
She graduated from Dickson High School in 1989 and received an associate's degree from the Ardmore Higher Education Center. She was a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, a member of the Ardmore Young Professional Organization, a graduate of Leadership Ardmore, and a supporter of Relay for Life and the March of Dimes fund drive.
She was currently employed by Imtec Corporation as the Human Resources Director. She attended Crystalrock Cathedral.
Survivors include her parents; a brother, Creig Belt and his wife, Danieal, Ardmore; special cousins, Kim Ritchey Ley and her husband, Terrence; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bearers will be Jerry Carpenter, Jerrod Carpenter, Kevin Kendrick, Kelly Kendrick, Jerry Holley, and Terrence Ley. Honorary bearers will be employees of Imtec.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today, Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.
