Mrs. Kelley Dies At Isom; Rites Saturday


Mrs. Dixie Pearl Anderson Kelley, 63. wife of N. D. Kelley, died unexpectedly this morning at her home in the Isom community.


Mrs. Kelley's body is at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home where services will be held Saturday at 2 pm by Melvin Dugger.


Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens cemetery.


Native of Lewis County, she was a daughter of the late William and Lizzie Anderson, but had resided in Maury County most of her life.


Survivors, in addition to her husband, include daughters Mrs. Ulna Fite of Columbia and Mrs. Billy Mash of Mt. Pleasant; 11 sons: Carless. Stanley, Ray-mond, Henry, H M, Allen, Benton, Dean, Bobby, Bill and Bud Kelley, all of Maury County: sister Mrs. Florence Rumons of Big Lake, TX; four brothers: Arthur Anderson of Obion County, Cooper Anderson of TX, Marion Anderson of Columbia, and Norris Anderson of Obion County; and 38 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
