COTTEN, Frank (1961-1999)

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Frank Cotten, 37, died April 17 at River Park Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The owner of Cotten Properties, he was the son of the late Everett Ray and Joyce Marie Fults Cotten; and was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Euclid Cotten; and maternal grandparents, Grover and Maggie Fults. He is survived by his wife, Lisha Hillis Cotten; one son, Matthew Franklin Cotten of McMinnville; one daughter, Rachel Denise Cotten of McMinnville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Evelyn and Larry Self and Sharon and Randy Walker, all of McMinnville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bernie and Melba Hillis of Irving College; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sherry and Stan Jacobs of McMinnville; nieces and nephews, Kristy, Alex, Eric and Kerry Self, Nick and Kelly Walker, and Sarah Jacobs, all of McMinnville; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services were held Tuesday at High's Chapel with David Costello and Jerry Reynolds officiating. Burial followed at Mt. View Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Frank Cotten Memorial Scholarship Fund at First National Bank. High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
