Italy - Mrs. Flora V. Dancer, 89, resident of Italy for 33 years, died Saturday after a long illness. Funeral services are pending with the Boze-Mitchell Funeral Home of Italy. Mrs. Dancer was born in Kaufman County and lived in Waxahachie before moving to Italy. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Italy and was the widow of J. Sam Dancer who died in 1927. Survivors include a son, Sammie Dancer of Garland; two daughters, Mrs. I. P. Rogers, Terrell and Mrs. Frank Sheppard, Italy; a sister, Mrs. John Burrels, Arlington; 14 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
