COEUR D'ALENE -- Florence E. Davis, 89, of Coeur d'Alene, a former Asotin resident, died of cancer Oct. 7 in Coeur d'Alene.
She was born May 2, 1910, in Ilo, now Craigmont, to Samuel C. and Nancy E. Bolick Wamsley. The family moved in 1919 to Asotin, where she graduated from high school in 1931.
Survivors include two daughters, seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Cora Cremeen, a son, Ivan Davis, and two granddaughters died previously. She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Ellis and William Wamsley, and a sister, Meda Crawford.
The funeral was held Oct. 11 at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene. Burial was in the Craigmont Cemetery.
