Teresa Stephens died at the age of 57, at the Cabell Huntington Hospital, in Huntington, West Virginia. She was a resident of Wayne, West Virginia and the daughter of Lovella (Arrowood) Fry and Harold McGinnis. She was a floral designer for Tammy's Florist and a member of the Canada Chapel. She is survived by her parents, Lovella and Harold, of Wayne, West Virginia, three daughters, Leigh Ann Fry of Wayne, West Virginia, Dana Moore of Barboursville, West Virginia, and Gina Stephens of Wayne, West Virginia, plus a son, Roger Andrew Stephens of Wayne, West Virginia, a sister, Nancy Maynard of Wayne, West Virginia, and three brothers, David Fry , Thomas Fry, and William Fry, all of Wayne, West Virginia, plus four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Roger Lee Stephens.
