MASCUCH – Agatha D., 88; Johnstown, passed away on June 21, 2008. Born Sept. 1, 1919, in Johnstown, daughter of Jacob and Agatha Kot. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Edward V. Mascuch; sisters, Angaline, Helen, Anna; brothers, Sam and John Kot; son-in-law, John Lenz; and daughter-in-law, Mary Mascuch (Kleinman). Survived by children, Edward Mascuch, Judith Mascuch, Elaine Lenz and James Mascuch Sr., married to the former Barbara Griffiths. Also survived by grandchildren, Dolores Collins (Mascuch), married to Roy Collins; James Mascuch Jr.; Ashley Lenz; Christopher Lenz; Megan Mascuch; and great-grandchildren, Brandon Mascuch and Faith Mascuch. Agatha enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading and baking. She loved watching Mass on TV. Agatha and Edward shared a loving and devoted marriage of 60 years. Agatha was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be forever missed. A member of SS. Casimir and Emerich Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday. Committal, St. Casimir's Cemetery. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street, where vigil for the deceased will be held on Monday. Published in the Johnstown Tribune Democrat from 6/22/2008 - 6/23/2008.
