E. Henrietta (Mundis) Hamme, 99 of West York, died Saturday, June 21, 2008, at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Hamme.

Henrietta was born August 5, 1908, in York, the daughter of the late Robert H. and Alice Jane (Rebman) Mundis. She worked for Black's Hosiery Company for over 36 years and later worked for over 15 years at the Franklin Discount Store in West York. She was one of the life longest members of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in York.

Henrietta is survived by one son, Robert W. Hamme and wife, Joan of York; five grandchildren, Chris Hamme and wife, Mindy, Ted Hamme, Roberta Hamme, Tim Fling and wife, Kim and Rick Fling; five great-grandchildren, Eric, Ashley, Emily, Sarah and Rachael; one great-great-grandson, Nathan; and one brother. L. Earl Mundis of York.

Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
