WILLIAM RAPPLEYEA, 45, of JACKSON, died Thursday, June 19, in Freehold. Born in Lakewood, William was a heavy equipment operator for Local 825 Operating Engineers in Springfield. Willie's hobbies were playing softball, golf, and horseshoes. For many years, he was a volunteer firefighter and was an active member of Hope Cathedral in Jackson.

He is survived by his wife of twenty years, Julie Marie Zonin; three children, Alyssa, Brittany and William Jr., and his parents William and Anna Kircher.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals at 705 Brewers Bridge Road, Jackson. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the Jackson Baptist Church on Bennetts Mills Road, also in Jackson. Interment will be in the Ocean County Memorial Park on Silverton Road, Toms River. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Life by Design Development Corp., c/o L.C.W.C., P.O. Box 61, Forked River, NJ 08731.
