Mrs. Marie M. [Plummer] Bell, 76, of R.R. 1, Dawson was dead on arrival at 5:56 a.m. Friday at St. John's Hospital.
She was born in Cotton Hill Township, the daughter of Nathan and Goldie Plummer. Her husband [J.] Clayton died in March of 1959. Mrs. Bell was a member of the Fifth Presbyterian Church of Springfield.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Koster of Springfield, three sons, James C., Charles E., and [Eu]gene all of Dawson; two great-granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; one sister, Mrs. Iva Trader of Girard.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Wilson Park Funeral Home at Rochester. Rev. Boyd Cubbage will officiate and burial will be in Rochester Cemetery.
