Shadric C. Emmons, 90 of Tioga, died at 3 pm Thursday, Sept 1, 1949.
He is survived by two sons, Allen Emmons of Columbia, Louisiana and Ray Emmons of Harrisonburg, La., three daughters, Mrs. Kate Folden of Bentley, Mrs. Ellen Brimer of Bentley and Mrs. Arler Gore of Tioga and 26 grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm today, Sept 2, 1949 in the First Pentecostal church. Interment will be in the Tioga cemetery under the direction of Hixson Bros. Funeral Home. The body will be at the residence of Mrs. Gore in Tioga.
