Funeral services for Mrs. Lila Baxter, 63, wife of the late Tom Baxter, were held at Malakoff Sunday afternoon.
Interment was in the Malakoff cemetery. Mrs. Baxter was the mother of Phil Baxter and Estey Baxter, two well known Dallas musicians. Her death occurred Saturday at a Dallas hospital.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. G.W. Urrey and Mrs. C.C. Lucas of Malakoff.
