Obituary: Graveside services were to be held today for Thermal resident Henry Leroy Holland, who died in Indio last Friday. He was 73. A native of Texas, he had lived in the Coachella Valley since 1948. Mr. Holland was one of the first ranchers in the valley and was a 30-year member of the Indio Elks Lodge No. 1643. He is survived by his wife, Luella Holland of Thermal; two daughters, Shirley Loutsenhizer of Thermal and Vicky Marks of La Quinta; a son, Kelton Holland of Coachella; a brother, Lawerence Frank Holland of Texas; and a sister, Inez Hollemann of Texas; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Coachella Valley Cemetery. The Rev. Austin Crager of the Foursquare Church of Indio will officiate. Interment will follow. Fitz Henry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
