LUCAS - MRS. ELTA M. COOK, 85, of Crimson Road, Mansfield, RD 4, widow of Harry Cook, died Tuesday morning at People's Hospital after a short illness.
She was a lifelong resident of Mifflin Township, Richland County, where she was born March 15, 1890. Mrs. Cook was a member of the Mt. Zion Church.
She is survived by three sons, Howard and Harold, both of Mt. Zion Road, and Dale of Crimson Road; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church by the Rev. James Lumadue. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the Byerly Funeral Home, Lucas. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Zion Church.
