The Terre Haute News, Terre Haute, IN > Staunton > Anna L. Allsup, 65, of Staunton, passed away at St. Vincent Clay Hospital, Sunday, June 15, 2008, following an extended illness. She was born Nov. 16, 1942, in Brazil, to Elmer and Mary DeCamp Keiffer. She graduated from Brazil High School. Anna married Donald Allsup on Oct. 20, 1978. She worked as a "lead lady" at Columbia House for 16 years, and as a file clerk for Hulman and Company for 18 years. In her free time she enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother Tim Kieffer. Survivors include her husband Don; a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Donnie Nevins of Brazil; stepchildren, Steve Allsup and wife Lisa of Ontario, Canada, Jack Allsup and wife Toni of Columbus, Ohio, and Debbie Camp and husband Neil of Nashville, Tenn; grandchildren, Cassandra, Olivia, Codey, Jason, Jeremy, Alexandria and Phillip; a sister, Patty Winn, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Services will be held 4 p.m. Thursday at French Funeral Home, 421 E. National Ave., with Pastor Richard Pippin officiating. Burial will follow at Summit Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is 2 p.m. until services Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the family.
