Mr. Milton Harper, age 67, of Cantebury Circle, Forest Park, Ga., passed away Saturday, December 8, 2001, at home following an extended illness. Mr. Harper, a native of Coffee County, Ga., was born March 24, 1934, the son of the late Allen and Eliza Young Harper. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served during the Korean Conflict. His membership was at the Jones Memorial Methodist Church, Morrow, Ga.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Merritt Harper of Forest Park, Ga., and son, Ryan Merritt Harper, of Newport Beach, CA.; sisters, Colleen Harper and Thelma Meeks both of Douglas, Ga.; brothers, Edgar Harper of Broxton, Ga., Leman Harper and T. J. Harper of Jacksonville, Fla.

Graveside services and interment were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2001, at the Pridgen Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ken Fuller and Rev. Daniel Dean officiating. Pallbearers were Alex Harper, Jerry Harper, Allen Taft Harper, Buddy Farmer, Joel Thomas Smith and James Hebb. Sims Funeral HOme was in charge of arrangements.
