Jerry Holland, 91, of Moulton died Sunday at about noon at Beatrice Rest Home.
Services were Tuesday at 2 p.m. from Moulton Methodist Church. Burial was in the Moulton City Cemetery with Elliott Funeral Home Directing.
Surviving are four sons - Pruitt Holland, Birmingham; Horace Holland, Leighton; Alton B. Holland, Decatur; Dwight Holland, Moulton; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Gladys Gibson, Arley, Ala; Mrs. Guy Sively, Hartselle; one stepson, G.W. Buttram, Montevale, Va; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Mr. Holland had served in the state legislature from Lawrence County many years ago.
He was a Lawrence County native, a member of Moulton Masonic Lodge No. Six, and a member of the Moulton Methodist Church.
