A man with a heart of gold, Ronald W. Crews, 43, died Tuesday, January 13, 2004 at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne. A beloved father, son, brother, and uncle, he is survived by his daughters, Rhonda Crews of Titusville and Deena Crews of Cocoa; parents, Elmer and Phyllis Crews of of Cocoa; brother, Kenny Crews of Cocoa; sisters, Donna Harrell and her husband, Jody of Rockledge, and Debra Teeter and her husband, Gary of Oregon; best friend, Sandra Choppe of Melbourne; ex-wife, Tammy Crews of Cocoa; three nieces and five nephews. Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 19, 2004 from 1 to 3 p.m. at South Brevard Funeral Home, 1001 South Hickory Street, Melbourne, with a funeral service at 3 p.m., also at the funeral home. Ronald will be greatly missed but never forgotten by those who knew and loved him.
