27 Nov 1953: Mrs. Lydia Doutrich (nee Funk), widow of Henry Doutrich, 425 W. Penn Avenue, Cleona, died at seven o'clock Thursday morning in the Good Samaritan Hospital, of complications, following an illness of several months. She was eighty-eight. She was a daughter of the late Daniel and Lydia (Smith) Funk, and was a member of the Fairland Brethren in Christ Church. She is survived by a son, Jacob H. Doutrich, with whom she made her home. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; three brothers: John Funk, of Annville; Rev. Jacob Funk of Cleona, and Levi Funk, of Bouton, Iowa; and a sister, Mrs. Robert Hetrick, of Lebanon. [Lebanon Daily News]
