Rex E. Terry Sr. of Glendale, Arizona passed away on August 7, 2004. Rex was born in Great Falls, Montana on February 23, 1923. He served in WWII with the 3rd Division. He was a prisoner of war and received many medals and commendations from the army including the Purple Heart and the Fourragere Medal. He moved to Arizona in 1936 where he met the love of his life, Betty Ann (Cain). He worked for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company as a Supervisor for 35 years and after his retirement in 1986 enjoyed his time with Betty and his family. Rex is survived by his wife of 62 years Betty Ann. One son Rex Edward Jr., a daughter in-law Sandra, one daughter Tammy Ann Fyfe, his son-in-law David, his beloved grandchildren, Rex III, Tracey, Richard James, Crystal, Westley and Jessica Terry and his grandsons, Kyle and Kevin Fyfe, and two great Grandchildren, His Brother Loyd S. Markham, two sister-in-law, Fay Gore and Evelyn Morgan, Brother-in-law Glen Morgan, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Rex was loved by all who knew him and will be forever in our hearts. funeral services will be held on Friday, August 13, 2004 at 9:30 A.M.
