Harm H. Aden, 94, of Rantoul died Friday (August 6, 2004) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, Illinois.

Mr. Aden was born January 25, 1910, in Rantoul Township, Illinois, a son of Ehm and Grace Duden Aden. He married Lily Marie Baker on March 1, 1936, in Thomasboro, Illinois. She survives.

Also surviving are three daughters, Elaine Hotzhauer of , Loretta Overholt and Wilma Roth, a sister, Emma Schluter, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, three sisters and two brothers.

Mr. Aden graduated from Rantoul High School in 1929. He farmed in the Rantoul area all of his life.

He was a lifelong member of Peace Lutheran Church, where he was in the Men's Club, and a member of the Flatville school board and Beckman Cemetery Board. He was a Cubs and a Fighting Illini fan. He enjoyed latch work and shuffleboard.
