Barbara Jean Kemp, 19, of 773 Homestead Ave., Phoenix died suddenly Monday, Dec. 6, 1976. Born in Fulton, she had resided in Phoenix most of her life. She attended Phoenix Central School. Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas (Lois) Kemp, Phoenix; three sisters Eva, Pauline and Shirley three brothers, Joseph, Douglas and Michael Kemp, all at home; her maternal grandmother Mrs. Lois Minnoe, Phoenix; Paternal grandmother Mrs. Grace Hotaling of Syracuse. Spring interment at Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
