Funeral services for Kate C. Elmore, 68, who died early Friday morning following a brief illness, were held Sunday at 2:30 p. m. from the Snowville Christian Church with the pastor, the Rev. L. E. Moseley, officiating. Interment followed in the Snowvi11e cemetery.
Born in Snowville in 1888, the daughter of the late Clifton E. and Elizabeth Hunley Elmore, she is survived by one brother, T. H. Elmore, of Snowville. Active pallbearers were Curtis Simpkins, Johnny Shelbourne, William Guill, Ray Lancaster, Jack Shanklin, David Bill and L. J. Harris.
