Clara M. Baum, 59, of Grafton died Saturday, November 30, 1996 at 11:30am at the Hospice of St. Joseph in Lorain after being ill for 3 years. Born in Elyria, she lived in this area her entire life. She was a caregiver to many people in need, especially those who were ill.
She was a member of the Church of the Open Door in Elyria and enjoyed bowling, golf and crafts.
Suvivors include her husband of 38 years, Floyd; daughters Mrs. Greg (Suzanne) Milewski of Grafton and Mrs. Edward W. (Denise) Minney of Columbia Station; and her mother, Rose Soboslai of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by a son, Philip Erwin Baum, and her father, Michael Soboslai.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Monday, December 2, at Bauer-Laubenthal-Wainwright Funeral Home at State Route 57 and Chestnut Ridge Road in Elyria. Services will be at 11:30am on Tuesday, December 3. The Rev. George Mercado will officiate.
