Funeral services for MOSES M. SEE, 69, well known farmer of Mathias, W. Va., will be held at 3 0'clock this afternoon from the Brethren Church at Mathias, W. Va. The Rev. Joseph P. Sheesley will officiate, and burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery there.
Mr. See died early Monday morning at 2 0'clock in Winchester Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient since August 1.
A son of the late Leonard and Mary Cleaver See, he was born near Mathias on November 15, 1872. He was twice married, his first wife being Miss Ida F. See, who preceeded him in death in 1903. He then married Miss Ida M. Nicholson of the same section, who survives.
By his first wife he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dora Kohne, Mrs. Fronie Delawder, Sallie Whetzel, of Winchester. By his second marriage he leaves two sons, Wilbert M. See and Alleston S. See, of the U. S. Navy and three daughters, Mrs. Della Byers, Penn Mar, Md.; Mrs. Vesta Nethers, of Winchester and Mrs. Treva Cook, of Kernstown. Eighteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. He also leaves one sister, Mrs. Eliza Shook, of Mathias.
